Job summary

Enerbase Cooperative Resources is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Representative for the Southeast location in Minot, ND. In this role you will handle transactions, answer inquiries, restock shelves, and keep the store clean while delivering friendly, professional service.

The CSR will also promote the cooperative and its services to customers and assist in ensuring smooth store operations during the opening shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work opening shift (4:30 am – 1:00 pm) and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
