Job summary

Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena is hiring a Parts Advisor to support the Service Team by sourcing and stocking parts for vehicle repairs. You will greet customers and vendors, coordinate parts with technicians, and ensure accurate inventory.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with earnings potential of $48k–$60k annually, plus a benefits package and opportunities for growth. Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the automotive field or dealership.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors.
• Maintain a clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for repairs.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Receive, unpack and store parts in proper areas.
• Take inventory and maintain records of goods received.
• Process payments or obtain credit authorization.
• Handle core returns and parts warranties.
