Quick Servant Company, Inc. is seeking an organized and dependable Parts & Inventory Administrator to provide administrative support within our Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with computers, communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous purchasing, inventory, parts, warehouse, or administrative experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with purchasing and ordering parts, materials, and supplies.
• Enter and maintain purchasing and inventory information in company systems.
• Help track parts orders and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding parts and order status.
• Help identify inventory discrepancies and maintain organized records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Parts Department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Parts & Inventory Administrator

Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Quick Servant Company, Inc. is seeking an organized and dependable Parts & Inventory Administrator to provide administrative support within our Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and ordering parts, materials, and supplies
• Enter and maintain purchasing and inventory information in company systems
• Help track parts orders and follow up on outstanding items

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
