Job summary

GreenMark Equipment, servicing Southwestern Michigan and Northern Indiana, seeks a parts clerk to stock and pull parts, and deliver them to service technicians. You will also put away freight and assist customers when needed.

You will facilitate communication between parts and service, verify receipts, and assist with machine-down and stock orders. The role requires maintaining a clean department and using a computer for orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of parts and equipment preferred.
• Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with some independence.
• Proficient with standard desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet)

Responsibilities

• Pull, order, and deliver parts for service technicians.
• Put away daily freight and assist customers when needed.
• Act as go-between between parts and service departments to ensure correct parts, quantity, and condition.
• Verify receipts and assist with machine down and stock orders.
• Keep parts department clean and orderly; maintain tools and equipment.
• Work in both office and shop environments; use computer to manage orders.
• Routinely handle items and endure lifting up to 50 lbs.
