Job summary

AVW Equipment Co., Inc. in Maywood, IL is hiring a Parts Fulfillment employee to pick, pack and ship orders on site. You’ll work with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and great customer service.

Key duties include pulling stock orders, maintaining inventory accuracy with cycle counts, and coordinating with the parts manager on stock levels. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to customers and partners.
• Manage parts inventory with cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or urgent shop materials.
• Notify the shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
• Pulls orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.
• Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
• Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Keeps current on new products and product updates.

Job Summary:

As a Parts Fulfillment employee, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside manufacturing and warehouse professionals to fulfill sales orders.
