Job summary

McCandless Truck Center is seeking a Parts Outside Salesperson to drive sales of International parts and services within a defined territory. You will build long-term customer relationships with rolling fleets, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet operational needs.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, professional service, and maintaining a positive brand image while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of active sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial truck parts and services.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customers.
• Grow and maintain the customer base through proactive engagement and value-driven meetings.
• Develop and present tailored solutions with accurate quotes and negotiations.
• Close sales by coordinating delivery and ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Track and report sales activity and KPI-based performance.
