Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Expeditor to provide expert support to customers across the territory and assist the Service Department. You will work with customers to determine the best parts solutions and identify Caterpillar and allied vendor needs.

Responsibilities include processing quotes, ordering parts for shop operations, and communicating order status with the team. A strong knowledge of Cat parts delivery and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; three years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and mechanical aptitude.
• Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification a plus but not required.

• Support Product Support Field Sales/Inside Sales/Machine Sales/Service
• Communicate with supervisor, service manager and service coordinator on order status of back ordered
• Advise customer on substitution of part when replacement is not available
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment information in the CRM
• Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising prog
• Maintain an orderly hold
• Verify all parts are received to meet repair schedule by checking orders in hold

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary:

Provide superior level of support to customers throughout CBE Territory.Provide superior level of support to Service Department.Work with customers to determine the best solution toparts needs. Provide support in identifying Caterpillar and Allied vendorparts needs for customers .

Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of the practices, programs, policies andprocedures of the company and Cat parts delivery process
• Thorough knowledge of Truck applications and parts
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with little or no
• Considerable analytical abilities in interpreting pricing,schedule,and deliveryrequirements
• -Excellent decision making and interpersonal skills and the ability to performeffectively in an environment of various levels of complexity ,priorities and timeschedule deadlines

Performance Measures:

• Number of customer returns
• Customerorders
• Closerate
• Lost sale reporting

Education/Experience:

Individual should have a high school diploma or equivalent; three years relatedexperienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

Individual should have above average communication skills as well as a mechanical aptitude
