Job summary

Bergstrom Chevrolet of Green Bay is hiring a part-time Wholesale Parts Delivery Driver. You will deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers, verify orders, and help with loading/unloading and inventory tasks.

The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Expect early morning hours from Monday to Friday and compensation in the $15–$20/hour range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with using Bergstrom logistics software on a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers promptly and courteously.
• Verify delivery orders for accuracy and accountability of items.
• Operate and maintain company delivery vehicles safely.
• Load and unload parts as needed.
• Collect payments or required documentation from customers.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and parts department.
• Communicate delivery schedules or delays to the parts team and customers.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with inventory management when not delivering.

What You'll Do

• - Deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers promptly and courteously.
• - Verify delivery orders for accuracy and ensure all items are properly accounted for.
• - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, representing Bergstrom Automotive positively.
• - Safely operate and maintain company delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• - Assist with loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle.
• - Collect payments or required documentation from customers as needed.
• - Communicate effectively with the parts department and customers regarding delivery schedules or delays.
• - Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs or issues promptly.
• - Assist with parts inventory management, stocking, and organization when not making deliveries.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am to 9:00am
Pay: $15.00-20.00/hour based on experience.

What We're Looking For

• - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• - High school diploma or equivalent.
• - Ability to lift and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• - Strong time-management skills and the ability to adhere to delivery schedules.
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• - Familiarity with automotive parts or dealership operations is a plus but not required.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Comfortable operating a wide range of vehicles, from compact electric vehicles (EVs) to larger models such as Ford Transit vans.
• - Proficient in basic smartphone operations to efficiently utilize Bergstrom's logistics software and applications for dispatch, tracking, and communication tasks.
