Bergstrom Appleton Wholesale Parts is hiring for a Full Time Shipping and Receiving role in Appleton, WI. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 hourly and schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will receive and inspect shipments, log inventory, and prepare outgoing orders.

Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory systems is a plus. Automotive parts knowledge is helpful but not required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality.
• Log and document inventory in the dealership system.
• Maintain organized storage of parts, ensuring quick retrieval.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly and in line with dealership standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill parts requests.
• Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
