RWC Group in Everett, WA is seeking a delivery driver with strong customer service skills. You will safely deliver parts to customers, select and stage parts for orders, and educate customers on our products to build lasting relationships.

You will also pick up returns, assist in warehouse tasks, and manage credit account collections daily. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently to maintain efficient service levels.

Formación

• 1-2 years of prior driving experience
• Previous Experience In a Customer Service Role Preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
• Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Select and stage parts for customer orders.
• Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness.
• Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Communicate with and educate customers on our products.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Perform daily collection of credit accounts.
• Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
