Highway Motors Inc. in Leesburg, VA is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to join our family-run dealership. You will play a key role in delivering parts to commercial fleets and business customers, while representing the company with reliability and professionalism.

You will pick, stage, and return items, communicate with the sales team, and assist in warehouse duties as needed. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Strong organizational skills for workload, time management and prioritization.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
• Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Communicate clearly with customers and our sales team.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle payments and delivery receipts.
• Assist in warehouse duties and keep the area clean.
