Job summary

Team Wieland Truck & Trailer seeks an energetic driver to deliver parts to customers and assist in warehouse duties. You will select and stage parts, educate customers about our products, and build rapport to encourage repeat business.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of driving experience, a valid license with a clean record, and strong communication skills. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills related to workload, time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Select and stage parts for customer orders.
• Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond expectations to ensure happiness.
• Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Communicate with and educate customers on our products.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Perform daily collection of credit accounts.
• Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
