Job summary

Koons Arlington Toyota is seeking an Automotive Parts Driver to support our parts department by selecting, verifying, and delivering parts to customers and sister dealerships. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and accurate order handling.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, coordinate pickups with the parts team, and help keep paperwork and schedules moving smoothly. The position offers weekly pay and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and associates in a friendly, professional manner
• Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries
• Pick up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and/or vendors
• Pulls and fills orders from stock, as directed
• Ensure that parts to be delivered matches invoice, verify that invoice matches PO (purchase order) for each pick-up
• Secure and unload parts truck each night
• Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts
• Maintain a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork and delivery schedule
• Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds
• Experience with automotive parts or military equivalent experience is a plus but not required
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
