Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks at our Illinois Elgin location. You will pull and organize orders, load/unload pallets, and ensure accuracy in stock and labels.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in shipping/receiving, forklift/reach truck experience, and a High School Diploma. OSHA safety shoes are required from day one; Benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in shipping, receiving, shipment auditing, inventory control and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize branch and customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data on tags and labels.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors.
