Stotz Equipment is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to lead daily parts operations in Riverton, WY. You will drive inventory accuracy, support sales goals, and supervise a parts team to deliver outstanding service.

You will collaborate with the Parts Manager, coach staff, optimize processes, and maintain organized operations across the department. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional growth in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and expedite parts through alternate sourcing when needed.
• Maintain audit-ready records and robust parts processes.
• Assist with vendor relationships and purchasing activities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to parts team members.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of department personnel.
