Qualifications

• Experience at a vehicle parts counter or with heavy-duty parts/repair.
• Ability to improve department profitability and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in achieving department profitability by increasing sales and gross profit dollars while monitoring expenses.
• Oversee outgoing and incoming freight to minimize costs and maximize recovery charges.
• Review monthly financial reports with KPIs and develop action plans for below-goal areas.
• Recommend pricing strategies balancing volume, loyalty, and operating costs.
• Identify prospects for volume sales (fleet operators or repair centers).
• Occasional driving is required.
