Job summary

Sternberg Automotive Group is seeking a Parts/Warehouse Driver to provide excellent customer service through efficient parts check-in, ticket pulls, stocking, and delivery of products using a company vehicle. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include safe delivery, staging parts for orders, assisting in warehouse duties, and educating customers about our products while building rapport for repeat business. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of driving experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and organization
• Able to manage time and priorities
• Team player with reliability

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver parts to customers using company vehicle
• Select and stage parts for customer orders
• Assist in warehouse duties and stocking
• Process customer returns timely and proficiently
• Educate customers on products and services
• Build rapport to encourage repeat business
• Assist in daily collection of credit accounts
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
