Job summary

Ford Albany is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to receive, organize, stock and distribute automotive parts to support service and parts operations. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use dealership inventory systems, help with counts and audits, and collaborate with parts and service teams. A high school diploma is required; previous warehouse or dealership experience is nice-to-have, and

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in warehouse and storage areas.
• Use dealership DMS and inventory systems (training provided).
• Communicate effectively with parts and service teams to support workflow.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Stock and label parts according to dealership inventory procedures.

• Prior warehouse, parts, or dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Able to successfully pass a background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, as applicable.
