Young Automotive Group is hiring Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will pull parts for invoices using scan guns, locate items, and prepare them for delivery or will-call, while supporting inventory and returns processes.

The role emphasizes reliability, the ability to work well with others, and the flexibility to assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory duties across the warehouse. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and reliability are required.
• Able to unload/load parts up to 60 lbs.
• History of excellent attendance and reliability.
• Gets along well with others and works in a team.
• Capable of working independently when needed.
• Willingness to work across warehouse functions (shipping/receiving).

Responsibilities

• Pull parts for invoices with scan guns and barcode labels.
• Process incoming orders and place parts in correct locations.
• Assist with unloading large trailers and loading delivery vehicles.
• Help manage returns and damaged/shortage claims as needed.
• Assist inventory counts and shelf reorganizing.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
