Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to receive, organize, stock, and distribute automotive parts for dealership service and parts operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position involves handling parts shipments, labeling, inventory counts, and collaboration with parts and service teams to maintain workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to pass background screening, drug test, and MVR as applicable.
• Experience in warehouse, parts, or dealership preferred but not required.
• Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Stock and label parts according to dealership inventory procedures.
• Pull and stage parts for service repair orders and internal requests.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and organization projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in warehouse and storage areas.
• Use dealership DMS and inventory systems (training provided).
• Communicate effectively with parts and service teams to support workflow.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

• Able to successfully pass a background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check, as applicable.
