Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers, ensuring safe, efficient service. The role also collects COD payments, handles customer returns, and may assist as a cashier or with merchandising as business requires.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to use handheld devices for deliveries. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Experience with vehicle inspections and safety practices.
• Customer service and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries with hand-held devices, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report maintenance needs or damages to the store manager immediately.
• Assist customers as needed and support merchandising and stocking tasks.
