O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will process deliveries with handheld devices, collect payments on COD orders, and pick up customer returns while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and daily inspections.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing delivery needs. Opportunities include customer service, merchandising, and occasional cashier duties.

Qualifications

• Must meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred.
• Experience with delivery and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers using company vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Process deliveries with handheld devices and collect signatures.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles daily before operation.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices and money secure at all times.
• Collect returns and complete driver return slips.
• Notify management of customer issues or special needs.
• Report maintenance or damage to store manager immediately.
• Clock in/out per policy and handle additional duties as assigned.
• Assist customers as needed, including cashiering and stocking.
