Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and manage COD collections. You’ll also pick up returns, clock in/out, and assist with customer service and merchandising as needed.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a safe driving record, and the ability to adapt to changing delivery needs; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiar with automotive parts is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely.
• Use delivery handheld devices to process deliveries and capture signatures.
• Maintain vehicles, perform daily inspections, and secure all assets.
• Collect COD payments and handle customer returns with driver slip.
• Assist customers, serve as cashier when needed, and stock shelves.
• Report vehicle issues to store management and coordinate with team.
• Clock in/out per policy and adhere to all safety guidelines.
