Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect payments on C.O.D. orders. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may assist customers as needed.

You will use fleet management handheld devices, document vehicle inspections, maintain fuel and keys securely, and collaborate with store management to resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely.
• Use fleet handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles and related equipment secure and perform daily inspections.
• Handle COD payments and customer returns; manage cash and securing items.
• Assist customers as needed and support merchandising and stocking tasks.
