Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to deliver automotive parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and stage daily activities. You will engage with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, promote loyalty programs, and assist in upselling to raise the average ticket.

The role requires safe driving, English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to navigate efficiently. You will work in a busy store environment with potential lifting of heavy items and occasional outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Must have a valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect on credit accounts daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order.
• Stock facets including back stock and cycle counts; assist with inventory.
