Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections.
• Secure money, keys, fuel cards, and devices while on duty.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock vehicles at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy and perform other duties such as stocking and merchandising as required.
• May assist customers as cashier or help with merchandising when business dictates.
