Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, with secure handling of keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pickup customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and secure vehicle at end of day.
• Clock in/out according to policy and perform other duties as assigned (stocking, merchandising, etc.).
• May assist customers, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising when business dictates.
