Job summary

Talentify is seeking an automotive parts delivery driver to safely pick and deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will manage daily credit collections and build strong customer relationships.

You should be able to upsell, maintain inventory knowledge, and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations while keeping the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs.
