Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Driver to support pro customers and store operations. You will pick, stage and safely deliver parts, handle returns, upsell products and build strong relationships with customers.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and excellent communication. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to read safety rules and procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; promote sales and loyalty programs.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and upsell products.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; engage walk-in customers.
