Job summary

Quality Truck Care Center, a Wisconsin-based family-owned business serving the trucking industry since 1986, is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver parts to customers, shops, and vendors. You will assist Parts Counter personnel and support logistics across locations.

This role requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, basic math skills, and clear communication. The position offers a team-focused environment, training opportunities, and potential for career advancement

Qualifications

• Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License.
• Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong general math skills.
• Ability to communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in written communication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.
• Checks with the Parts Manager before last‑minute pickups or deliveries.
• Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.
• Reconciles invoices against purchase orders for pickups.
• Maintains parts vehicle and notifies manager of repairs or maintenance required.
• Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shop personnel or retail accounts.
• Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and co‑worker interactions.
• Weekly office cleaning is performed in cooperation with the rest of the office staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Delivers and picks up parts and equipment. Assists Parts Counter personnel.
