Job summary

Kriete Truck Centers is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Delivery Driver to safely deliver heavy-duty truck parts and equipment. You will build strong customer relationships, verify invoices, and maintain accurate records while operating in all weather conditions at multiple dealership locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Experience in parts delivery, inventory, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel and crouch for extended periods.
• Ability to visually inspect small defects and interpret delivery invoices.
• Safe performance in a fast-paced environment with varying weather and moderate noise.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, other dealership locations, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional interactions.
• Verify that delivered parts and equipment match invoices before leaving the dealership and at delivery.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles while handling parts with care.
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timely service.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, cleanliness).
• Return undelivered parts and complete paperwork at end of shift.
• Assist with stocking and organizing inventory as needed.
• Adhere to all safety standards and traffic regulations.

Position Summary:

At Kriete Truck Centers, our Parts Delivery Drivers play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of heavy-duty truck parts and equipment to our customers. This position is customer-facing and requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Delivery drivers are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers while ensuring parts are delivered safely, efficiently, and accurately.
