Job summary

Nextran Corporation is hiring a Parts Delivery Driver to transport parts to customers, verify orders, and complete delivery paperwork. The role requires attention to detail and reliable transportation delivery skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a DOT physical, and maintain safety and accuracy during deliveries. This position supports our network of dealerships across the Southeast U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• DOT physical and Medical Examiner’s Certificate required
• Must pass a driving test
• Effective communication skills for relationship-building with customers
• Basic math, reading, and ability to follow directions
• Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Manlift certifications will be required in the future; candidates must be willing to obtain and maintain these certifications as part of the role

Responsibilities

• Pulls parts orders in the warehouse for delivery
• Delivers parts to the customer and ensures accuracy by matching parts to the invoice
• Completes documentation necessary for the delivery and payment of goods
• Stock items in the warehouse as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

A parts delivery driver is responsible for delivering parts to customers daily.

Job Duties:

• Pulls parts orders in the warehouse for delivery
• Delivers parts to the customer and ensures accuracy by matching parts to the invoice
• Completes documentation necessary for the delivery and payment of goods
• Stock items in the warehouse as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to remain seated while driving for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds independently
• Ability topush, pull, or maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds using carts, dollies, or other assistive devices

• Ability to move throughout the warehouse and customer locations as needed
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to weather conditions during deliveries

Parts Delivery Drivers spend much of the day in a delivery truck traveling to customer locations. Work may involve warehouse environments, customer facilities, and outdoor conditions.
