Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to deliver exceptional customer service and parts to branches and customers. The role supports our fast-paced, team-driven environment and requires a commitment to safety and efficiency.

You will return with completed paperwork, assist in handling credits and returns, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive experience for customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and efficient driving.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets (vehicles and parts) and follow safety protocols.
• Pull daily delivery orders from inventory and load the delivery truck.
• Perform manual material handling of parts for delivery to/from branches and customer sites.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and fuel vehicles.
• Drive delivery van or parts vehicle during an 8-hour shift with multiple stops.
• Use pallet jack or forklift to move parts as needed.
• Complete paperwork with bill of lading and assemble mail.
• Collaborate with Parts Counter for credits and returns.
• Work with team to provide positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Parts Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Safeguarding company assets, including vehicles and parts, and following all safety protocols.
• Pull daily delivery orders from inventory at the branch and load the delivery truck.
• Perform manual material handling of parts for delivery to/from branches and customer sites.
• Perform all pre-trip vehicle inspections and fuel vehicles.
• Drive delivery van or parts vehicle throughout an 8-hour shift, making several stops.
• Use a pallet jack or forklift to move parts to the requested location in the customer's building.
• Complete paperwork with a bill of lading and assemble mail.
• Work with the Parts Counter persons to handle credits and returns.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

Physical and Mental Demands:

The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
