Job summary

Quality Truck Care Center, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver parts and equipment, supporting the Parts Counter staff and ensuring timely, accurate service. You will check with the Parts Manager for last-minute pickups and verify invoice payments during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License required.
• Delivery or parts delivery experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.
• Checks with the Parts Manager before leaving for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.
• Reconciles invoices against purchase orders for pick-ups.
• Maintains parts vehicle and notifies manager of repairs or maintenance.
• Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shop personnel or retail accounts.
• Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and co-worker interactions.
• Weekly office cleaning is performed in cooperation with the rest of the office staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License. REQUIRED

• Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong general math skills.

• Ability to communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in written communication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)
