Responsibilities

1. Deliver and pick up parts and equipment for the dealership, coordinating with relevant staff.
2. Check with the parts manager and other staff before departures to coordinate pickups or deliveries.
3. Deliver parts to the body shop and distribute to technicians as needed.
4. Verify invoices against purchase orders and payments.
5. Maintain logs of deliveries and pickups, obtaining signatures.
6. Unload trucks nightly, submit paperwork, and handle undelivered parts.
7. Perform basic truck maintenance and report major repairs.
8. Maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
9. Assist with managing customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and stock orders.
10. Ensure truck safety and cleanliness, and adhere to safety policies.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (subject to annual MVR check).
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Safety-sensitive position complying with drug and alcohol policies.

Additional Information

• Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
