Job summary

Talentify is seeking an automotive parts delivery driver in Georgia. You will pick and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. Daily tasks include collecting credit accounts and maintaining relationships with key customers.

We value friendly, persuasive communication, ability to upsell, and strong inventory knowledge. Valid driver's license required; English skills required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers safely.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while sharing insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Stock back stock and perform cycle counts.
• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
