Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to picker, stage and deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also pick up returns, promote sales and loyalty programs, and build relationships with key customers. You’ll assist with upselling, maintain store cleanliness, and help manage inventory

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy items. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds with assistance.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs during delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize back stock and inventory.
