Job summary

Price Leblanc Automotive in Baton Rouge, LA, is hiring a Parts Counterperson for a full-time role. You will provide excellent service to customers, vendors and service technicians by accurately identifying parts, creating and tracking purchase orders, and managing inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must maintain a clean, acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including social media check, drug screen, physical, background check, and MVR.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer and technician needs and accurately identify parts.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Record warranty parts and manage special orders.
• Process and close open invoices and verify invoices against requisitions.
• Maintain records of outside purchases and parts issued.
• Attend department meetings and inventory days.
• Present a professional appearance and communicate effectively.
