Job summary

Iron Trail Motors Llc in Virginia, MN seeks a motivated Parts Counterperson to assist retail customers, wholesale clients, and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the right automotive parts and accessories.

You will look up parts using electronic catalogs, process orders, handle in-store and phone inquiries, and manage inventory to keep shelves stocked. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), and PTO.

• Sales & Billing: Prepare over-the-counter invoices, handle payments, and issue proper credits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in automotive parts sales.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and vehicle systems.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
