Job summary

Crain Automotive Holdings, LLC is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. You will assist retail customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts in person and by phone, and you will look up parts using electronic catalogs and parts systems to quote prices and process sales.

This full-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule, weekly salary plus commission, and room to grow with a supportive team. Interviews are conducted in person at our Jacksonville location.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts is preferred, but training is available.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to use computer systems and catalogs with attention to detail.

Now Hiring: Automotive Parts Counter Salesperson

Know your way around a parts catalog and enjoy helping customers get back on the road? We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays on a rotation basis (every third Saturday)

Pay: Weekly salary plus commission, based on experience.

What you'll do

• Assist retail customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts in person and by phone
• Look up and identify parts using electronic catalogs and parts systems
• Quote prices, process sales, and handle special orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep the counter area organized
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers and the service department

What we're looking for

• Automotive parts experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
