Vanguard GMC of Sherman is looking for a parts sales associate to support our fast-paced parts department. You will manage the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, assist customers, and coordinate with the parts team to locate items, while upholding a friendly, professional standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts manager to locate parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with staff and customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow shipping and receiving principles.
