Job summary

Orlando CDJR is seeking a Parts Counterperson to amplify the sale of parts and accessories while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction as the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments, and both retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities include receiving and processing orders, promoting related parts, managing inventory, assisting customers with back-ordered parts, and keeping work and storage areas clean.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer competency and basic math skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
