Job summary

OK Carz in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Parts Counterperson to boost parts and accessory sales while delivering excellent customer satisfaction. You will be the main contact between the parts department and internal or external customers, including retail and wholesale.

Responsibilities include processing part orders, promoting related items, managing inventory, assisting with back-ordered parts, and maintaining a clean work area in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer competency and basic math skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Job Summary
