Trust Automotive Group in Irvine seeks an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to support our service department and customers by supplying the right parts quickly and accurately.

You will identify parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems, assist retail and wholesale customers, manage inventory, and maintain organized, safe, and efficient operations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with OEM parts catalogs and strong customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds or Tekion.
• Ability to source and identify parts accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist service technicians by promptly supplying the correct parts for repairs.
• Provide exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers.
• Identify and source parts using EPC catalogs and dealership systems.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Promote accessories and related products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OEM electronic parts catalogs (EPC).
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds,Tekion, or similar dealership management systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, andteam-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds and work in both warehouse and service environments.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Parts Counterperson, you'll play an essential role in supporting our service department and customers by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist service technicians by promptly supplying the correct parts needed for repairs.
• Provide exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers.
• Accurately identifyand source parts using manufacturer electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems.
• Process customer and technician partsordersaccurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in daily cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Process special orders, warranty parts, core returns, and customerreturnsaccording to manufacturer and dealership policies.
• Maintain organized inventory storage areas and ensure parts are properly labeled and stored.
• Communicate order status and estimated arrival dates with customers and service personnel.
• Promote accessories and related products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
