Klein Honda in Everett, WA is seeking a Parts Counter Person for the full-time Parts Department. You will greet customers, assist with selecting the right Honda parts and accessories, and process orders accurately at the counter and over the phone.

You will work with service and sales teams to meet department goals, stay current on product knowledge, and maintain a clean counter area while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive experience (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Accuracy and follow-through on order fulfillment.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic retail math (pricing and discounts).
• Sales ability and the confidence to find solutions that work for the customer and the dealership.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

THE ROLE

We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Counter Person to join our Parts Department. You'll help retail customers, wholesale accounts, and our own service technicians find the right parts and accessories quickly and accurately. If you enjoy helping people, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced shop, you'll fit right in.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• 8- or 10-hour shifts
• Weekends as needed
