Job summary

McGraw Ford in Aransas Pass, TX is seeking an energetic Parts Counterperson to support technicians and customers at our growing dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with parts identification, inventory management, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred, especially with Ford.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills necessary.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment essential.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset vital.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers.
• Accurately identify and source Ford OEM parts.
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and service advisors.
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranties.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory.
• Help maintain an organized, clean and efficient parts department.
• Participate in cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
