Job summary

Ziegler CAT in Duluth, MN is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Sales and Warehouse associate to serve customers face-to-face or by phone. You will help customers select parts, check availability, process orders, and coordinate shipping while supporting a collaborative sales team.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (a 2-year degree preferred) and 2+ years of diesel, construction, or automotive parts experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in diesel, construction equipment, or automotive parts/service.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Outlook, email communications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service face-to-face or by phone.
• Help customers determine parts, verify availability, and make recommendations.
• Process parts orders and coordinate shipping/delivery.
• Handle backorders, returns, and exchanges and support team sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and team collaboration.
