Job summary

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a full-time Parts Counter Sales and Warehouse role to support our customers. You will help determine parts, verify availability, process orders, and coordinate shipping and invoicing with a strong emphasis on service and teamwork.

Day shift, Monday–Friday. You’ll work with peers across departments, handle backorders and returns, and contribute to a safe work environment while maintaining precise inventory and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in diesel engine/construction equipment, automotive parts or service.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Determine correct parts, verify availability, and make recommendations.
• Process orders, shipping, invoices, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist team with group and team sales and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and accurate inventory.
