Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• Experience in diesel/industrial parts or service is valued.
• Customer-focused, team player with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service face-to-face or over the telephone to customers.
• Helps customers determine correct parts needed, verify availability, and make recommendations.
• Determines correct parts and their availability, and completes parts orders.
• Enters proper shipping information into the parts ordering system and processes the order.
• Processes backorders, returns, and exchanges.
• Assists team with group and team sales, collaborating between departments.
• Communicates with customers for sales, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Prepares quotes for service work, engines, machines, and parts.
• Maintains a safe and productive workplace following environmental standards.
