Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day parts counter sales and warehouse operations.
• Prepare quotes for parts and service; check parts availability and process orders/returns/exchanges.
• Handle core component returns per guidelines and process credits.
• Demonstrate safety and quality standards in all tasks; operate forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Deliver parts to field technicians and support inventory management.
